Our dogs our in Care in Calif and must be picked up near Hesperia CA. MEET OUR BEACH GIRL: Keiva is a 2yr old 80 pound shep mix, most likely German, Belgian or Malinois. She was abused as a puppy and went to an excellent home two years ago Sadly her owner has major health issues and although heartbroken to give her up must find a new home for her. Description below is from her owner who hopes to find her a loving home. Keiva has been a fantastic dog for me, although I guess I didn't expect her to be so BIG and SO STRONG. She is rather strong-willed also. She is still a little skittish, and is not terribly fond of some men. I put her through two different training camps, one a sort of Zen Method, and the other as a boarded trainee with EPIC Dog Academy in Temecula. Keiva is LOVING, SWEET, and a real character! She loves other dogs, (best with larger breeds) she loves children, and she loves to run and play at the beach or park. She isn't exactly a "ball dog" - she would rather play and chase other dogs than balls. 🙂 She LOVES the ocean. I feed her a combination of Fresh Pet (I buy the 6 lb chub - beef, chicken, turkey, not picky). I supplement with dry. She is up-to-date on all shots and she is spayed & chipped She walks well on a leash. She has a large kennel/crate and a trampoline bed and a ton of toys that she adores. She needs an owner who is STRONG and a better Pack Leader than I am. I am too soft on her because I love her so much. I literally spent thousands of dollars on training and she is super well mannered. She really likes to hang out in her crate/kennel as I Leave the door open so its her resting spot. She sleeps in my room, sometimes in my bed. I LOVE HER. This truly sucks that I can no longer care for her.
