King Beauregard aka Beau is a 60 pound 4 yr old Bluenose Gray Pitbull pulled from a Kill shelter back in May and still waiting in boarding. Beau is a low key quiet dog who is loved by the kennel staff. He is good on leash and rides well in the car. We have done several introductions with him to Male and Female dogs. He lets them sniff him and then he just walks away like he has no interest at all. He basically ignores other dogs. I am assuming he may have been an only dog in his previous home because he will focus his affection to people and has no desire to play with other dogs. He has not shown any aggression to other dogs, just indifference. He is calm and well mannered, loves his doggy bed and quilt in his kennel and never messes it up or tears it up. He does not fence fight and just kicks back in his kennel. He is a treat junkie and food is the way to his heart. He was very thin when we first got him so may have missed some meals in the past.
