MEET CHARLIE Charlie underwent Heart Surgery as a puppy and has made a full recovery. He is a wonderful happy boy who loves other little dogs and cats and greets everyone he meets. Because he is Deaf he is afraid of BIG dogs. We want to place him in a stable home without other big aggressive dogs because being deaf he cannot hear if they growl a warning to him and he could be badly hurt. Charlie has an entire fan club at his vets office and is a well behaved dog. His Cardiologist said he should live a long normal life. I own a deaf dog and she is the best watchdog I have. She can smell if anyone comes around long before my other dog can hear a noise. Charley will be a loving companion to one lucky family and his current foster home has three little children that he adores. His best friend is a little Border Terrier.
