Willow is a small approximately 10 lb Spaniel Mix with a soft white coat and tufts around her ears. Willow is just getting over pneumonia and a bad ear infection..she was dirty and filled with nasty stickers but we have her all cleaned up now and are nursing her back to health. She let me bathe her and clean her up with nary a struggle....I actually think she enjoyed her bath and she ran around like a wild one after wards....felt so good! She is great with people, small kids, all size dogs and ignores the kitty and bird like they don't exist in her world. She has the most unusual bark....it sounds like a whistle, and though she rarely barks when she does I think it is my cockateil....or someone else is whistling. She is calm and well behaved, rides well in the car and has very good house manners. She is potty trained, loves snacks, cookies and any special treat you will spare her. She is a ball player and runs like the wind to catch a ball.....she likes to be close to you, sleep next to you or on a soft doggy bed. We have only had her out of the shelter for a bit over a week and I am impressed at what a good little girl she is. We still have her on medicine for her ear , she is micro chipped and will be getting spayed when she is feeling better......Willow is soft, gentle and can be playful, but one thing for sure....she is happy to be safe.
