Dog is in Foster Care in Calif and must be picked up in BARSTOW CA Patches is an 18lb gentle and lovable Bichon who is appx 3 yrs old. He gets along well with other dogs in his foster home and is very friendly and calm. He knows how to sit and enjoys being with his family. This breed is considered hypo-allergenic with very minimal shedding or Dander. We have given him all the his shots, he is neutered and microchipped.
