Matilda is a total rescue dog...she has endured so much pain and neglect and is still the sweetest and most gentle dog. She was hit by a car and left on the roadside. When she was found and came to our rescue we immediately had her xrayed. We were happy to find no broken bones but SHOCKED to see this sweet dog had been used as a live target. Under her skin the body is filled with BB pellets. Matilda is low key, loves to run and will chase squirrels. She appears to be housebroken . She is underweight and healing from a couple gashes but is almost healed. I have lots more photos of her with my dog Shorty and she has been friendly with everyone she has met. We are hoping she will get the loving home she deserves, lots of good food and a soft warm bed. We think she is close to 5 yrs old.
