This is a Courtesy posting for a Homeowner who lost their house and must find a home for Daisy their 8 yr old Purebred English Bulldog....I dont know if they have papers or not...Daisy need immediate placement or will be turned into a County Shelter. She has been with her family since a puppy..she is an indoor dog, is housebroken, has been around other dogs with no problems. Owner said she is very sweet and friendly. She is not spayed but will need to be spayed by her new family in order to complete the adoption contract. There is a very modest re-homeing fee for Daisy... Please call me at 760-265-9595 if you are looking for and English Bully. See Bio Below: From Daisy Belles Previous owners: This is one of the hardest decisions we have ever made! We had move out of our today and we have not been able to find an immediate member of our family or our friends who can either house her or keep her. Daisy is a pure breed English Bulldog, Red and white in color, 35 to 40 lbs, 7 year old female not fixed. She is a mellow, easy going dog. She loves to play tug a war with a rope each night - around 15 to 20 minutes of play. She loves to chew on boxes as you can see in one of the photos. She is an indoor dog but loves to sun herself outside. She is house trained and will scratch at the door to be let out. She doesn't bark very much because our other dog was not a big barker when we got Daisy. She has been around people, kids, and other dogs.....no cats however....so I'm not sure how she would do around cats. She eats a cup of dry food in the morning and at night. She does require dry treats (2) in the morning and a couple throughout the day. She will sit for her treats if you tell to. I don't recommend for small children to hand feed her because she gets to excited about the treat and may try to snatch the it without sitting down first. She does get bad allergies during the windy season and her ears will itch and get red so if you see her scratching hers ears, thats' why. When her ears get itchy like that i have given her tiny pieces of benadryl (less than a quarter of one) within a piece of cheese or bread. That works very well. Her right eye is also affected by allergies and it gets boogery and should be cleaned several times a day.....I usually use a wet paper towel and gently squeeze some water into her eye then wipe it out with the wet paper towel. If you sit on the floor with her and gently hold her eye lid open to clean it, she will let you as she is used to it. She loves to hold your hand with her paw and that's how she loves on you! She really loves to have her hind legs and bottom area scratched and if you ask to "back up" she will back her self closer so you can rub her :) She also rides in the car well, without getting car sick, although she does pant hard when she travels, but I think it's because she gets excited! She is a wonderful dog and we are just heart broken over this. We just want someone to love her as much as we do!
