He was confined to a small side run where he had no room to run and play or turn around. He had flies eating his ears and was starving. A good samaratin saw him and begged the owner to let them help. He refused stating he paid $6000 for him. He finally said yes. They contacted us and we took one look at him and fell in love. We took him to our vet to heal the fly bites, vaccinate, neuter microchip him and slowly work on feeding him since he was malnourished. Clarence loves people and is not reactive to aggressive dogs. He wants to play with other dogs but he is not sure what to do. He is adorable. Clarence needs an expetienced owner due to his size and breed. So. CA adoptions only.
