What can we say about Wonderful Always Happy Burt. He is 1 1/2 years old, housebroken, crate trained and walks ok on leash. He dances when he gets excited. It is so cute. He was found in a field by a good samaratin dehydrated and skin and bones. She rushed him to a vet to get him help.
